About Jon

Detail-oriented isn't something Jon learned to be. It's just how he's wired.

Jon Bullock has called Phoenix home since 1977. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he's naturally meticulous, organized and persistent - the kind of person who notices when something isn't quite right and wants to understand why.

That mindset is also essential in his work as a race director, where he's responsible for 19 running events throughout Arizona and Nevada. Managing thousands of details and anticipating problems before they happen comes with the territory.

After experiencing home inspections during his own home purchases (and those of family and friends) where important issues were overlooked, Jon believed there was room for a different approach.

Today, he brings that attention to detail to every home inspection.

He's thorough without being alarmist, direct without being intimidating, and focused on helping you understand what a finding actually means.

When he's not inspecting homes, you'll probably find Jon running, hiking, camping, fishing, cycling, following car racing, hanging out with the dogs - or working on his next running event.
